Q1: Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At Jugarta, we take great pride in our product photography. Whether it’s an Espresso Machine or a large Pergola, the product you receive will match the images and specifications shown on our website accurately.

Q2: Where can I view my sales receipt and track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. You can also log in to your “My Account” section to view your order history. Tracking numbers for shipping are emailed as soon as your item is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Q3: How can I return an item?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. Note that for heavy items like Lawn Mowers or Car Tents, the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

Q4: Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock our inventory. If a specific item like a Pressure Washer or Canopy is out of stock, we recommend signing up for the “Notify Me” alert on the product page so you get an email the moment it is back.

Q5: Where can I ship my order?
